Player Registration Period When player registers with a team they are committed... When player registers with a team they are committed to that team for the seasonal year, which commences on August 1st of each year, and ends the following July 31st. Players are considered registered when the parent signs the USYSA Membership Form for that year. Players are permitted to quit playing if they choose to do so. If a player voluntarily quits playing for a team, he or she may NOT play for any other select team until the seasonal year is over. Players may not transfer or change teams during any season.
